Nathan Cromeenes is a retail real estate professional with more than 16 years of experience.  Nathan has performed comprehensive strategic analysis, market planning and execution of new store rollouts for retailers large and small.

As a Director of Real Estate, Nathan has successfully sourced, negotiated, and opened new stores throughout his career. He is a highly accomplished producer with experience in directing all facets of site selection, acquisition, asset management, lease negotiations, and relocations of retail properties on a national basis.

Prior to Retail Occupier Services, Nathan was a real estate director at Rite Aid, where he managed store development, lease administration and dispositions in five states, with territory on both coasts.
